I- PRINCIPLES OF DELIVERY:

• Adhere to the specified time.
• Fresh, delicious delivery.
• Do not entrust the delivery to a third party, our staff transports to the customer by themselves.

II- REGULATIONS ON TRANSPORTATION:

• Usually, the delivery time is in the afternoon from 15: 00-17: 00.
• Only delivery in Ho Chi Minh city.
• In case Rau Laughing is unable to deliver the goods to the customer as previously announced, our staff will notify you by phone or email, looking forward to receiving your understanding.
• You can pay directly to our staff upon receiving the goods or transfer to us after you receive the order confirmation.
• Please contact by phone in advance in case you cannot receive vegetables or want to cancel your order.

III- REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS MAKING REGULAR VEGETABLES:

• For recurring customers, we will automatically update orders and deliver weekly until receiving notice of stopping delivery from you.
• In case you want to stop the delivery, please notify Rau Laugh 2 days in advance and let us know when you want to return the delivery.
• IV- Return policy
• Minimum order 200,000VND

IV- Shipping fee per order (applies to all customers: periodic, online, retail)

• Less than 5km: Ship fee is 20,000VND
• Less than 10km: The fee is 30,000VND
• Under 15km: Ship fee is 40,000VND
• Over 15km: will report back to customers
